New patients are always welcomed.  Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice for non-surgical appointments and 1 week for surgical appointments.  This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

New Appointment Reminder System
As we continue to improve our services, we are pleased to inform you that we are implementing a personalized appointment reminder system called House Calls.  This pre-recorded system will provide our patients with the courtesy of a timely reminder for upcoming appointments.

Our appointment reminder system will call you at home prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the day, date, and time of your next appointment.

You will be prompted to confirm this appointment by pressing the “1” on your touch tone telephone keypad.  You will also have the option of leaving a message for the doctor, should you need to reschedule.  If you are not available the system will leave a message on your answering machine.

Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call and Drs. Miller & Bounds will be contacted immediately.

Payments
We appreciate payment upon completion of each visit.  If a treatment plan is in effect which requires extensive treatment and several visits, we can discuss a payment plan.  For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  Please keep in mind that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and not a substitute for payment.
